If you need to reschedule or must miss an appointment, please contact our office at least one business day before your appointment. A $25 fee may be charged for late appointment cancellations or no-shows.
AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES
Call 911 for any life-threatening emergency.
The Northwest Hospital Emergency Department on the main campus, 1550 North 115th Street, Seattle, is always open.
For emergencies that are not life-threatening, you can reach the on-call physician through our main office number, (206) 524-4737.

Take Exit 173
Turn westbound onto Northgate Way .
Proceed to the traffic light at Meridian Avenue North, the second light west of I-5, and turn left.
About three blocks down the hill on Meridian, on your left, you will see the Northwest Hospital Outpatient Medical Center (OPMC). There is a sign by the sidewalk at the driveway.
The OPMC parking lot entrance is on the south side of the building. Don’t use the circular drive on the Meridian side of the building; rather proceed straight ahead to the gate and take a ticket.
6. Go to the 2nd Floor. We are in Suite 230.

From Northbound or Southbound I-5:, [Map]
Take the NE 45th Street Exit ramp (Exit 169), and proceed up to NE 45th Street.
Turn eastward onto NE 45th Street (a left turn if coming from north or right turn if coming from the south).
Proceed on 45th past UW, down the overpass, to just before a big intersection.
Just before coming to the traffic light, turn right onto Montlake Blvd. NE, and then, immediately, another...
Right turn onto a short connector road and...
Right again onto 25th Ave. NE. You are now headed north on 25th Ave. NE. University Village will be on your right.
Several blocks past the overpass you just drove under, you will see a Washington Mutual Bank on your left.
Go left into the first driveway immediately past the Chase Bank driveway. This is the Northcut Landing driveway-access road.
Straight ahead on Northcut driveway into the underground parking lot.
Park and take the west elevator to the third floor. We are in Suite 301.
PARKING
Northwest Outpatient Medical Center (OPMC): A fee is charged for parking for more than 30 minutes in the OPMC outdoor parking lot. It can be accessed through an electronic gate by way of the main OPMC driveway. Take a ticket from the automatic dispenser. Sand Point Internists does not validate parking.
At Northcut Landing: Free parking is available in an underground garage beneath the Northcut Landing buildings. Take the Northcut Landing driveway into the underground parking garage. Park and take the west elevator to our lobby on the third floor.
